Aldo Mazza needs no introduction and his percussive technique has been around the world thanks to his constant commitment to teaching. Aldo's career is vast and inspiring. Founder of the KoSA (International Percussion Workshops and Festivals) project, Aldo is an artist with a heart turned towards teaching with extensive recording experience. His recording career includes over 100 different albums with as many artists, television programs and 5 CDs with the percussion group REPERCUSSION. As a member of the ensemble, Aldo has played with several Canadian orchestras, participated in several festivals, and performed for Canadian prime ministers and American presidents. Throughout his career, he has recorded with artists such as Celine Dion, Alain Caron, Jon Bon Jovi, Nikki Yanofsky and Aldo Nova and played with James Brown, Chris De Burgh and Oliver Jones.
As an educator, Aldo wrote and recorded educational DVDs, wrote several ensemble works for percussion and published several articles. He travels regularly around the world performing and holding seminars and clinics and this time we can meet him also on a newly announced Italian tour.
