This morning came a welcome surprise. While we were trying to untangle ourselves through international banking codes bic, swift and various outbuildings (not enough the iban to make international transfers outside Europe) comes the transfer that our Great American Friend Sergio Bellotti (Current drummer of the The Platters former lecturer at the Berklee Music School of Boston, the best known Music College in the world) who had us deliver a transfer to the Italian Red Cross – Turin Committee through an Italian bank of the correspondent in Euro of the 200 dollars promised for the Cause earthquakes in Amatrice.
Pictured is Mr Bellotti receiving a prestigious lifetime achievement award from the Conductors of Kosa Music, Canadian Baptist and Percussionist Aldo Mazza (he recorded Discos in the studio with Celine Dion and Jon Bon Jovi and played live with artists such as James Brown and Frank Sinatra) and Dott.sa Jolan Kovacs, co-founder of the world's most famous Percussion Campus.
Mr Mazza, a Calabrian oriundo, is also untangling himself with international bics and swifts to contribute to this cause. Soon his donation too.
