It's not October at GM Drum School without the usual Advanced Groove Course.
For the fourth year in a row, the well-known course taught by the berklee Music College of Boston teacher Mr Sergio Bellotti took place in Turin with a Free Masterclass and lessons on the Groove Course that this year have become strictly individual for students to quickly complete the course and graduate.
Two new graduates and sold out for the lessons that took place Friday afternoon and Saturday from morning until evening, except the part dedicated to the masterclass.
This is a sign of the maturity of students who understand the importance of the basic pillars of the battery. The reason there's a funny guy in front of drums in front of him on stage.
Unfortunately, the master Sunday Morning had to leave very soon for Calabria with Maestro Marco Volpe, for another clinic.
To the fury of repetitions, interpretations, stretching, claves, anchors and angry pens (all fundamental components of the groove as the master explains) the two days were divinely fine, emphasizing the things that make each one pleasant kind of music.
The only things that if missing don't make it possible for music to exist.
Thank you Master!
