Exclusively at the Italian and European level, GM Drum School organizes for the second year in a row a unique music campus: the "Kosa" Campus.

Founded and directed by the well-known Percussionist and Italian-Canadian Baptist Mr. Aldo Mazza, he drums with a spectacular resume http://www.aldomazza.com/aldobio.html KOSA is more than just a school of drums and percussion. During its fifteen years in business, hundreds of artists of international caliber and some of the world's greatest didactics have walked the Kosa "palco" in Canada, America, China, Cuba and many other places.

NOW it's NEW IN ITALIA.

KOSA Italy will take place at the GM Drum School headquarters in Turin over three days: 21, 22 and 23 April 2012.

The first two days will see the participation of Mr. Mazza himself, Mr Sergio Bellotti (Teacher of the Berklee Music College of Boston) and the two guests connecting from New York and Los Angeles in an online lesson on a big screen in the special multimedia room, i.e. by Mr John Riley (Professor of the Manhattan School of Music who also boasts collaborations with the likes of Miles Davis, Dizzy Gillespie, John Scofield, Stan Getz, etc.). and Mr Ndugu Chancler (former drummer for Weather Report, Herbie Hancock, Frank Sinatra, Thelonious Monk, Michael Jackson and many others).

The third day, Monday, April 23rd, is open-door and free entry and will feature "Sticks and Skins "SESSIONS" a Congress with Jam Session held by artists such as Mr Dom Famularo, world's top teacher, Mr Liberty Devitto, Billy Joel's Baptist Historian, Music Manager Mr Joe Hibbs and New York lawyers Mrs Sue and Mr Paul Quin, specialists in musician rights.

A comprehensive and uplifting presentation to help artists hone their entrepreneurial skills in the pursuit of excellence for their musical career.

Experts in the professional sectors of Music will explain how to move effectively and efficiently in Marketing, in contracting, in the promotion of one's image as an artist and in the Law of the Show.

The day will end with a Jam Session of Artists and Participants at the Kosa Campus.  Resident Musicians who will support the artists at Jam: Stefania Garione: Vocals, Angy Zoggia: Guitar, Voice, Fufo Serra: Bass.

At the end of the three days, an internationally recognised Kosa certificate will be issued.

Limited places and running out. Needless to say it is better to book in advance.
